Products...QuoteLeap provides your private product/service catalog organized in a clear-cut manner, giving you Category, Part number, Product description, Other ID, Cost ($), List ($), and Vendor all at a glance. Meanwhile, Product details, Category details, Vendor details, Datasheet pdf document, and Configure accessories (see Accessories) are all just a click away. The Category menu on the left-hand side allows you to jump through the catalog from category to category. Within each category, products are listed by description. Products listed within the same category have the same background color for easy identification. Accessories...In addition to a product catalog, you will find a catalog of accessories for each product, which can include an unlimited number of accessories. An accessory is defined as a part or service that brings additional value to the original product/service. For example, a service would be an oil change while the accessory is the oil filter. In this configuration, an accessory always adds value to the product or service and has a price adder that increases the total price. You can jump directly to the accessories available for each product with one click. Accessories belonging to the same product will have the same color background. Also the number of accessories per product is listed to facilitate the quoting process. Customers...QuoteLeap provides at-a-glance information: Customer ID, Customer Name, Address, Main contact, Phone number, and Fax number. Additional information that is one click away includes Customer details, Other quotes by customer, and Stats by customer.
