We suggest you read all questions below before proceeding with your purchase as they may address any concerns you might have about QuoteLeap.

  1. What's the first step?
    2. First go to the Sign up link above or click here. Fill in the form with your company's information. Once we receive your information, we will send you an email with a link to your own QuoteLeap Login page. That email will also include detailed instructions for setting up your company's database with QuoteLeap.

  2. Can you help us set up the database?
    3. Of course. We will provide very clear instructions and will guide you step by step. A personal customer representative will be assigned to you to help you during this process. You will be able to contact him directly. We will guide you and answer all your questions. We will also suggest what we consider to be the best alternatives when creating your product or service catalog, based on our extensive experience.

  3. Do you have limits on the maximum disk space allowed per company?
    4. No. You will be able to establish your catalog and all related database tables with no restrictions on disk space, regardless of the number of users.

  4. Do you have a limit on the maximum number of users per company?
    5. No. You can create as many users as you need, without restriction.

  5. How will you protect my information?
    6. We incorporate three levels of protection: database backups, internal customer information, and administrative control of users. All customers' databases are backed up every night. In addition, we do not share or sell our customer lists; they remain secure and anonymous with us. In regard to access to your company information, you will have complete control over providing administrative privileges to users or not. You can also limit users to see only list prices and no cost information, if you so require.

  6. How do we pay you?
    7. After the trial period, you will be required to establish a subscription account through PayPal, where your credit card will be charged every month. Your statement will be emailed to you every month on the day your credit card is charged.

  7. Will you charge more when more features and improvements are made on QuoteLeap?
    8. Absolutely not. Once you are established as a QuoteLeap customer, the monthly payment remains fixed for you regardless of future price increases. QuoteLeap is constantly incorporating additional improvements and features, all of which will be available for you at no extra cost.

  8. How do we create more users? How do we pay for them?
    9. Creating a user is extremely simple. It is just a matter of filling out a form. See our training tutorials for more information.

  9. What about sales support? I may need more information...

  10. What if I am stuck using QuoteLeap?

  11. How are net prices computed on QuoteLeap?
    12. One of the objectives of QuoteLeap is to consolidate all your product line details in one location. This approach applies to pricing and cost information as well. Our system is based on having a list price for each product and/or service to which a multiplier would be applied. QuoteLeap gives you the opportunity to consolidate and structure (if it is not done already) your product line catalog information.

  12. Are all internet browsers supported by QuoteLeap?
    13. Absolutely. We have developed our system while keeping in mind that our users rely on different browsers. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Flock, Google Chrome, and many more are all supported. We particularly like Firefox, Safari, and Google Chrome as they seem to run faster and be more responsive not only with QuoteLeap, but also with the web in general. However, our customers have the flexibility to use whichever browser they prefer.
